Summary

Envibra is a conversational entertainment experience with fictional AI characters for users 18+. Free basic chat has a daily allowance shared across characters, resetting at midnight in Madrid; you can check the current allowance using /quota in the bot. Advanced features use vibras. Packs do not renew automatically. You can top up with Stripe or Telegram Stars. You can wipe memory and history with /delete.

1. Age requirement

Use of Envibra is allowed only to people 18 years or older. By accepting terms in the HelperBot, you declare under your responsibility that you meet this requirement. Envibra reserves the right to cancel service if underage use is detected.

2. Nature of service

Envibra is an AI-powered entertainment platform. Identities are fictional AI characters; you are interacting with software, not with real people. AI advice, opinions or statements must not be taken as professional guidance (medical, legal or psychological).

3. Vibras and packs

  • Access to Envibra features is managed through vibras.
  • Vibras are sold in packs and do not expire.
  • Payment methods: packs can be purchased via Stripe or Telegram Stars (where available).
  • Refund policy: as this is immediately consumed digital content, refunds are not issued once the user starts consuming vibras from a purchased pack. For unused Telegram Stars purchases, you can request a refund for technical issues by sending the transaction ID to support within 7 days of the purchase.

4. Responsible use

Adult roleplay is allowed between consenting adults and within the limits of each identity. Using the platform for unlawful activities, harassment of third parties, generation of content involving minors, or any material that violates applicable laws or Telegram's terms of service is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property of AI characters

Envibra's virtual characters (for example, Alicia), their style, images and related content are part of Envibra's intellectual property or are used with authorization.

You can enjoy this content within the platform, but commercial or promotional use is not allowed without Envibra's prior written permission (for example, brand campaigns, ads, sponsorships or promotional posts).

6. Changes

Envibra is an evolving project. We reserve the right to update these terms to adapt to new features or legal changes, communicating updates through the bot.
