1. Our approach

At Envibra, privacy is the foundation of the service, not an extra. It's built so you can talk freely. Message processing is automated by our AI; human access is limited to support and technical incidents, not reading conversations out of curiosity or for product use.

2. What data we process

• Telegram ID: we need it to link your vibras and your personalized memory. We don't know your phone number or your real identity.
• Chat history: we store conversation text encrypted so the identity can remember your bond and evolve. You can delete it anytime with /delete.
• Media (photos and audio): we do not store these files on our servers. The AI interprets them in real time to reply; the file stays in Telegram's infrastructure and is not used as permanent character memory.
• Usage data: vibra consumption, technical events and minimal logs needed for the service to work and for support.

3. Security

We use encrypted protocols for communication between Telegram and our systems, and we encrypt conversation text at rest. By not requesting external signups (email, password), we minimize personal data exposure.

4. Your rights (full deletion)

You own your information. At any time you can send /delete inside the bot. This action irreversibly deletes your history and memory associated with your user from our database.

5. Adult content and +18

Envibra is strictly for users 18+. Some identities may engage in optional adult conversations once there's enough trust and within their personality. All characters are fictional AI.
